5 Minute Testosterone Boosting Salad Recipe
Salad doesn’t have to be boring and it needs to be quick and convenient if you’re going to act and start to incorporate it into your daily routine.
This super testosterone boosting salad is quick, convenient, loaded with protein and testosterone boosting benefits.
3 cups of spinach
2 boiled eggs
½ cup blue cheese
4 slices of salmon
1 avocado (chopped into cubes)
3 sliced tomatoes
1 tbs spoon olive oil
Cook the salmon, I simply like to cover in foil and put in the oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Slice the salmon up into thin strips and put to one side.
For all you video learners out there:
Boil your eggs so that they’re hard, allow to cool, de shell and slice them into 4 pieces.
Toss the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and drizzle some olive oil over to taste!
