The workout consists of 10 exercises, performed back to back. Here they are:
Exercise #1 – Running on spot
Exercise #2 – Right arm kettlebell swing
Exercise #3 – Burpees
Exercise #4 – Left arm kettlebell row
Exercise #5 – Kettlebell thrusters
Exercise #6 – Right arm kettlebell push-up
Exercise #7 – Left arm kettlebell swing
Exercise #8 – Left arm kettlebell push-up
Exercise #9 – Right arm kettlebell row
Exercise #10 – Mountain climbers
Either do each exercise for 10-15 repetitions or 30 seconds. Both will work well.
