Breakfast on the go for men over 40
I’m not a fan of eating 5-6 small meals per day to lose weight and get lean, 2-3 meals per day, especially for men over 40 is better for digestion, boosts testosterone through better use of the sympathetic nervous system and is more convenient.
In this article I’d like to share with you breakfast on the go that can be prepared during the evening then stored in the refrigerator in Tupperware ready for taking with you to work the next day.

The ingredients I’ve used with this recipe are enough for 2 days, you can cut up into 4 squares once it’s cooled from the oven.
You will need:
- 110 grams of oats
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 desert spoon of cashew butter
- ½ packet of blueberries
How to prepare
Put the oats into a mixing bowl and crack in your eggs. Add the cashew butter and stir until you have nice (not too sloppy) consistency.
Add the blueberries and gently stir once more. Add to a deep baking tray with Greece proof paper and put in the oven, 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
Note: If you find it’s a bit too sloppy when you’re mixing up the ingredients, add a few more oats, this can happen depending on the size of your eggs.
Allow it to cool before cutting up into 4 squares and place into Tupperware.
Store overnight in the refrigerator and you have a quick, convenient breakfast on the go that can be eaten practically anywhere.
