I’m dedicated to helping men over 40 get their leanest physique by using training methods that are not only tailored to help men over 40 lean down quickly, but are sustainable over the long term.
Now aged 42, I keep myself lean year round without spending my life in the gym, without using any supplements whatsoever and without doing endless cardio sessions.
I want to teach you to do the same and prove that the best years of your life are yet to come! I wasted years of my life trying to figure this thing out and thought I was “too old” to ever reveal my abs, I thought that was only for guys in their twenties and early thirties.
I used to hit the gym every day and do excessive amounts of cardio, this not only limited my results but I felt constantly burned out all the time.
Once I re-educated myself and started training a lot smarter, I was finally able to reach my leanest condition at age 41.
In fact I was so thrilled, I entered a fitness model competition and got up on stage for the first time in my life.
The whole experience has taught me alot about health and fitness with the most important point being that as we get older, it’s never too late to get into the best shape of your life if you train correctly.
But we must train differently than guys in their twenties and thirties...
No longer can we tolerate excessive training volume, workout days and endless sets and reps.
That might work for the younger generation but it fails to work for us men over the age of 40 and address our declining testosterone levels. We must train specific for our age and this website is dedicated to everything I’ve learnt about training and nutrition for men over 40.
