Yes, you will need to make some adjustments to your diet and training as you get older, but this website will help you make the right decisions to help you achieve your goal without overcomplicating everything.
As men over 40 we need to train differently than when we were in our twenties and thirties, the fact is as we age, we need to choose the right exercises so that we don’t get injured…
We also need to train with the correct workout frequency so that we can recover properly, and choose the best set and rep selection so we can improve with age, build our bodies up, NOT wear them down.
Unfortunately, as we age, our testosterone levels begin to decline at a loss of about 1% per year. It’s essential we eat and train correctly as we age so that we keep our T levels as high as possible!
